Can any of you guys give me the heads up on this one. Last week I had a very nice letter from CostCo stating that a serious fault had been found in the above smoker . I had bought 2.
They further state that as it is such a bulky item to return if I sign the enclosed notification stating that I had taken it out of further use they would be sending me a cheque for £300 which includes a thank you to me as a valued customer for any inconvenience called. I rang Costco because I really thought Christmas was over and it is perfectly genuine.
Maybe its going to be a good year:)
