Popping in to see if anyone here owns the SousVide Supreme Vacuum Sealer.
Sous vide is a very interesting cooking technique that requires the food to remain in the sealed bag while cooking in hot water. (not boiling) The result is juicier food because no moisture is lost.
In addition to sous vide cooking, I plan to use this sealer - if purchased for vacuum sealing bags of bacon, and other cured/smoked goodies. I would greatly appreciate anyone's input on the brand.
Thanks in advance!!
