Thanks C-Man, I sure hope. They don't seem to last long. I like 'em much more than the pigs feet.

Man I love me some beans with hocks. But I can buy cured ham cheaper these days than fresh hocks and they are easier to come by. I seriously don't understand why steaks are cheaper than tripe?
