Been scouring the forums for a few weeks now getting ideas.
Finally comfortable enough to start posting and contributing.
I hail from Roseville CA, which is just outside of Sacramento.
I received a Masterbuilt Smokehouse for my 40th B-Day and have tried my hand at a few smokes thus far.
So far, Tri-tip (my first) Beef Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, a whole turkey and just today, a whole chicken.
Everything but the tri-tip have come out fantastic.
I just got a AMNPS for X-mas and tried it tonight with the whole chicken...
