Hey Guys and Gals!
While I'm not new to smoking meats, having made, used and sold various size smokers, ranging from 4ft back yard pits to dual 16 ft trailer mounted competition rigs, and cooking for family and friends as well as catering 500+ person events over the last 25 years, I've learned that I learn something new every time I strike a match...but I am new to the forum, and to the world of pellet smokers!
After all these years of tending fires all night to keep the perfect temps, I have to tell ya, if I could find the person who came up with these I'd kiss him full on the mouth! I've glanced at them a couple of times, but when I saw the Char-Griller at Lowe's that had been returned, came with a cover and was full of pellets for $350 it just sorta jumped in the back of my truck!
Looking forward to learning a few tips, and maybe being able to share what I've learned as well!
