Saw these on sale for $6 and so I picked them up to give beef ribs a whirl.
I cleaned then up just like you would to any other rib. Then slapped on a mixture of apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger onto the ribs.
The with my local butcher shops rub I have them a good coating of it.
Then threw them onto the REC TEC at 235
