Saw these on sale for $6 and so I picked them up to give beef ribs a whirl.

I cleaned then up just like you would to any other rib. Then slapped on a mixture of apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger onto the ribs.

Then threw them onto the REC TEC at 235

6 bucks nice price for those ribs.  I got some for 1 dollar a pound on sale at wally world sometime back.  I too, own a Rec Tec and can not be happier with it's performance.
