started a spatch cock chicken on this good looking saturday morning
on the old trusty Lang Smoker...
marinaded the bird in the old backyard brew overnight
put it on the smoker for about 4 hours on 200-225 until internal temps reached 165-170, and this is the final product. thanks for looking

The marinade i used here is made by grill mates called backyard brew, i picked it up at a local grocery store.just mix some water or beer, with oil,vinegar then put your chicken and marinade in a zip lock bag overnight in the fridge, and smoke the next day.
