Hello to all , My name is David. I am from south Carolina . Am an avid hunter and fisherman . Just getting into the meat smoking, mostly for summer sausage and stuff like that . Haven't built myself a smoker yet but it's in the works . Look forward to learning from other members. Thanks for your time

Hello and welcome...I feel kind of funny saying that because i'm only a member since earlier this week.  But i'm super impressed with it so far and I've already received some great replies.

So, I'm guessing by your name that you are not a bow hunter!!!  You put anything good in the freezer this season?  I had a daughter in October so the only deer I saw were on the Outdoor Channel!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
