Ok folks ; don't nail me to the cross for this please. Had a crazy idea. Not fond of smoked fish but the wife loves it. So looking around for something new to try I struck on a crazy idea. Anyone every smoked canned tuna or salmon? I am thinking a cold smoke of 30- 60 minutes? Think this should be in my "Dirty Little Secrets" post but HEY! for a quick and easy "fix" do ya reckon it would work? Folks do nuts and salt so???? This will be our little secret!
