Hey folks I ran across your great site looking for ideas to build a cabinet style smoker.  I am amazed at the amount of information I have found during my initial visit.  I got to digging around on here yesterday evening for a while, and looked up and it was 3am!!!!  I am not new to smoking, but still a novice as far as I am concerned.  I currently have a Brinkman Deluxe horizontal grill with off set fire box and a very old but still functional Brinkman vertical electric smoker.  I enjoy building things (not well mind you) and then using them, hence the desire to build a smoker.  After reading through some of the post on the forum, I may have to step back and refine my cooking skills first.  As much as I like building things I like eating things MORE!

Thanks for a great site, I know I will learn a lot here
