We were hosting dinner for 12 so decided to fire up the smoker. Settled on pork tenderloin that we picked up at Costco.

Used Jeff's Naked Rub on 2 and SPOG on the other 2.

Into the Masterbuilt with a mix of pecan and apple chunks for the smoke.

About 2 hours, smoked to an IT of 142* F, wrapped in foil to rest until time to slice up and serve.

Final product, moist and tender goodness!

Thanks all, and yes Gary, everyone seemed to like it. Sliced up 3 of the 4 and all of it was gone.
