NY Strip for dinner!

Temps here in Southern Illinois finally back in double digits so my wife asked if I'd battle the 23 degree temps and grill some steaks this evening. Picked up some NY Strip and seasoned with Weber steak and chop seasoning. Pre heated my GMG Daniel Boone to 450 and cooked 7 minutes per side. Really happy with how they turned out. 4th cook with my GMG and couldn't be happier.

I just bought a GMG Daniel Boone, best purchase I ever made. I have about 6 cooks on mine. Steaks look good.
