Hi there everyone, I am new to smoking. I got a masterbuilt electric smoker for Christmas. I live near Detroit Michigan. I have smoked a pork butt so far which turned out amazing. I want to do a beef brisket next. Any ideas would be great.

Good rule to follow for brisket is, low and slow!

Low temps (225-250). Slow, long cook time. The only way to know when BBQ is ready, is by temperature.

Welcome, and have fun!
