happy Saturday all from Fenton MI!
Wife got me a new smoker for Christmas, a 24' Camp Chef, that I've converted to NAT GAS, to avoid running out of propane mid smoke. (grille is a MHP converted to NAT GAS)
Looking to do my first smoke tomorrow, taking it slow with a Whole Chicken at first to get used to the smoker.
With the cold weather today, will be spending some time checking out the site.
