Hello to all,

I'm SteveC from St. Pete Fla. No cooking specialty, just enjoy about anything that can be grilled or slow cooked. Currently using a Chargriller 5050 (gas grill and charcoal on same cart)  Charcoal side works pretty good except that it doesn't seal too well so long cooks take some watching to maintain a constant temp. Grills about 5 years old (done a lot of rebuilding) so I'm thinking about a new one. Haven't decided on a brand. Eggs not really in the budget. Any thoughts.........
