Thanks, Joe. I was wondering why you didn't show up.

Now this, I will have to try!  Sounds amazing!
Thanks, CB. The best thing about this site is finding other peoples recipes and methods to try!

Awesome post, Disco. I have a couple pounds of home made chorizo in the freezer and wanting to find another use for it other than for breakfast w/eggs and spuds. This I need to try.

Ok I am trying to figure out how do give you some points Disco. How the heck do I do that?
Har! That's very kind, Timberjet.

At the bottom of every post is a little thumbs up symbol. If you click on that, a box opens to enter a comment. Just below that is a button that says "add to reputation". Click on the button and you have given a point to whoever entered that post. Note it is the post not the thread that gets the point.

For example, I have asked a question in a new thread. I am the thread starter. Then one of the gurus like Seen Red, Bearcarver, Pops (sorry to all the others who have helped but the list would be too long) gives a great detailed answer in a post. I can give them a point by clicking on the thumb in the post where they responded. If someone wanted to give me a point for my question, they would click on the thumb in the post with the original question.
