Scott n daVille here. I'm from Louisville Ky., home of the "Greatest Two minutes in Sports".....the Ky Derby. Hopefully also home to a serious smoker as well. Hence my moniker "n daVILLE". Louisville is locally referred to as The Ville. I just got my first smoker for Xmas. The Smokin-it model 2. For my lifestyle, 2 kids and a business, required an electric smoker. I'm smoking my 4th different meat, so far so great. Loving it and looking forward to learning from all you fellow smokers.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
