curing chamber help

I have been wanting to build a curing chamber for some time now guess its time, I found a wine fridge for 130 bucks new on craigslist, will this be acceptable for a curing chamber?? its 33" tall 23 wide and 19" deep, i am looking for advice on temp and humidity controls, looking for simple ones like plug and play without having to do all that wiring, any suggestions on a build would be great!

What crankybuzzard said.....the most important this is to make sure that the fridge is Frost free...or it wont work.  Auber Instrument,  and Johnson controls should sort out the rest.
