cold in wi tonight

New to smoking and the site. Love reading all the forums and tips from the smoking vets. Helped me a lot so far. Smoked some salmon new years day and it turned out great. I live right on lake Michigan in Northeast wi 30 miles south of green bay. 35 below 0 tonight too cold to smoke lol

Central Ohio, but a friend used to live in Pewaukee and we camped a lot of the state in the 80s - 90s. Had a great Door County fish boil, would love to do that again.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
