I thought for my first smoke I'd do a simple pork loin. Next thing I know, I'm smoking a 11lb pork loin, whole onions, baked beans, homemade Mac n cheese and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious and the family loved it.

Nice job! Didn't see the potatoes were they wrapped in bacon like the onions? If not there's always next time!
