I am from Los Angeles, own a smokin-it smoker and a 5 burner Weber gas grill. Been cooking for 20 years. My personal favorite types of bbq in order are Jamaican Jerk, Brisket, and ribs. Since visiting Jamaica a few years back I have became obsessed with making jerk chicken using pimento wood. If anyone has any great recipes to share I would be interested in hearing them as well as sharing some of my favorite home mades as well.
