Where right now it's 59 degrees and tomorrow this time it will be something like 18!
I am new to the smoking environment, been using my smoker now for about 5 months. I smoke just about every Sunday if the weather is not nasty. I am using a Masterbuild Electric Smoker, probably considered wimpy compared to expert charcoal smokers, but I don't have the patience for that. I've only smoked chicken and turkey and 1 pork roast. I'm still learning each and every time I smoke, and I'm always interested in recipes and how to improve on smoking methods.
