No plastic bags for mental luck it would spring a leak! The wings tasted so good we skipped the sauce almost like saving money!

Greetings  B-one!

I am new to brining. I have tried it only a few times and so far it has made a huge difference

with the chicken I am cooking. My first attempt was for some thighs for my smoker. That very

day was 40 mile an hour wind gusts and I live on a hill so I ended up baking them in the oven. No Leftovers! Yes they were good and I am seriously looking into a electric smoker.

I have a 40" Masterbuilt LP Gas smoker. I think an electric might be easier to handle.

The results from brine bring good flavor all the way to the bone. Keep on Smokin!

The Wings Looked Yummmmy!

seems kinda hard to get the taste come thru.

It was a half gallon of brine and a half cup of syrup smoked over maple the flavor came threw very well.

Thanks guys! They did turn out well glad I decided to go with a brine the flavor really got into the wings well made 1/2 gallon brine and only used 1/2 cup maple syrup stopped there because it smelled good.
Hope it taste as good as it smells. Never tried that.
