Playoff Party Butt for Pulled Pork! Bought a nice 9lb butt, rubbed with EVOO, salt, paprika, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, & chili powder…  thumb1.gif

In the smoker she goes for a nice nap! Drip pan underneath with a couple carrots, couple stalks of celery, a yellow onion, few cloves of garlic, and a little of the rub mix with some h2o.th_violent5.gif

Haluski (cabbage and noodles)
Sautéed some onion, garlic, head of cabbage, and some smoked bacon with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and a stick of butter then tossed with ¾ bag of noodles… into the slow cooker for 6hrs or so…yum! pot.gif

Here she is after a couple hrs...little spritz and back to sleep

It should be good. Keep the pics coming. Remember to keep the lid shut as well.

Happy smoken.

I am watching the game.  Wish I had some PP to go with it.  I generally don't open the lid for any reason till the butt hits 195*.  Then I'll wiggle the bone to see how much longer it want's.

I don't try to save any drippings as they tend to scorch a bit at the bottom of the pan.  My dog Buddy likes them a lot anyway.

I wish there was a game to go with your pulled pork.  This game is a yawner!
