Happy New Year all!  Figured I would start the New Year out right.

Smoked a 18-pound turkey today....decided I wanted to eat it fast...so cut that sucker up and it was a real nice smoke.  The legs, thighs and of course the breast cooked a while lot faster.. nice flavor...using apple and cherry wood.

It was about 3.5 hours to complete the smoke with apple juice/water in the water pan at 250....Smoking in the Masterbuilt 2-door propane...

That's some mighty fine looking bird !

Looks very tasty! If you would post it in poultry a lot more people would see it.

Happy smoken.
