Hey y'all i spent most of you childhood in Fl surrounded by great BBQ.  I moved to LA 9 years ago to make a life in the film industry.  I've been smoking for about a year cause i can't find good BBQ in Los Angeles.  I have Large BGE and i love it.  A buddy and i want to start doing competitions and i even have plans to monthly BBQ specials at favorite Bar.   Im about to start  building my new rig out of a 288 Gal Propane tank.

Welcome to SMF BBBBQ!  Non-Q smoking Californians just have no idea what good BBQ should taste like, but they know it as soon as they do.  You can be a superstar out here.

Have fun with the build and keep us posted on its progress.
