guys i need help, i am grillin some wings this coming weekend. Looking for a mild hot tasting wing for my guest. What is a good reciept to make wings on the grill. Whats the Best rubs and sauses , should i inject them ? please drop a recipe here thank you.

@dirtsailor2003 that is what i am looking for, if i plan to grill any recommandations on temp and time on flips? i plan to use charcoal ... also do u recommend wood chucks?

I do all my poultry high temp. 325+. I typically do not flip. I use 2"-3" chunks of wood when smoking. Takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours tops at the higher temps.

High temp indirect heat. Charcoal, you arrange all your charcoal in the center of the grill preferably in a basket, if not as tightly
As possible. Get the coal glowing hot arrange the chicken around the coals but not over. Then you will want to flip and also rotate probably every 5-10 minutes.
