Cabelas was running a sale on their 7-1 smoker and I bought it because I was in the market for a deep fryer.  Well, I gave the smoking option a try and haven't used it for anything else yet!  My recent successes include a pork loin, chicken drumsticks and a pair of venison back straps.  All of them turned out great thanks to the tips & advice found here.  I do a lot of hunting and the wild game forum is going to be a wealth of knowledge.
