Greetings fellow smokers. My name is Mike from Sudbury Ontario. I've been smoking on bbq for years but just got first real smoker. Dyna Glo Verticle gas smoker with 4 racks. I will season it tomorrow and give it it's first run on Saturday with ribs and wings. I guessing the ribs go on the lower racks and the wings on top racks. Any advice is great. I look forward to learning from you all and helping where I can.

I would make sure you verify your therm on the door with a calibrated remote therm........ Get a inexpensive remote therm and make sure its correct in an ice water bath and in some boiling water. Then I poke it through a potato and place it where the meat is..... you will see if there is any offset temp from your chamber and door therm

Happy smoking

Joe
