Home from work early… very rare! 60* just north of Pittsburgh, seems like the perfect time to smoke some meat.
Smoking a prime rib tomorrow for Christmas and decided I better warm up the smoker with some Christmas Eve BB Ribs. Going with the 2-2-1 method…light rub, smoker up to 230*, and off we go!
Also decided to make some rotisserie buffalo chicken dip with smoked jalapeno !!!
I’ll try and keep everyone posted, but still got some wrapping to do and having a few 10.1% beers! And if I can work out the time, I post up the prime rib tomorrow…
