Looking good, ds.  I know you enjoyed.

 

Surprise,  We were just invited to a prime rib dinner tomorrow.  One hitch though, I have to come early as they want me to salt crust it like the dry aged one.  Not a bad way to start the NEW YEAR!!!!!!
