My understanding is that it works OK as a grinder, but it's a real PITA as a stuffer.
I used mine as a stuffer one time. 150 pounds of venison summer sausage. Never ever ever again.... I ordered a stuffer the next day. Never looked back. You can get a stuffer for under a bill and sometimes on sale for 60-70 bucks. Best money you will ever spend on sausage making gear. I really recommend at least taking a few minutes and reading some horror stories about stuffing with the KA attachment. Also if you got a whole pack of casings there is about a mile and a half of tube there. It is good to split some with a buddy or 3 because it does go bad if you don't make a heck of a lot of tube steak in a short period of time.
