Great forum so far.  Two minutes in and you have answered some of my newbie questions.  Seasoning my smoker today and making my first attempt tomorrow.  Will send a Qwiew when I have one.

Howdy Colorado, welcome to the gang.  Great group here with a lot of friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable folk.  I've learned a great deal since I joined and am 100% addicted to smoke crafting. Looking forward to seeing what ya do.  What's up first in that new smoker?

Thanks, this group has been great. I have smoked turkey breast, pork loin, ribs and fatties so far and the tips I read here make it easy.  I just got my AMNPS this week and want to try some jerky and a third attempt at salmon.  I didn't list them before because I didn't think they turned out.  It was more like salmon jerky but I will try again this week.
