Smoked brisket chili

Work party before Christmas. Got 2 to choose from 15 lb and 13 lb. Gotta feed 20-25. So let's make it. Looking for idea and tips.

I am going to assume your not going to be the only one bringing food... I would go with the 13 pounder imo... It's gonna be over $50 regardless for meat

At the price i was offered, i got both under 70$

I am sure it will be good, Real good ,sounds like some high dollar Chili
