Im looking to build my first reverse flow smoker. I'd like to hear some input on design. I also would like to know what you guys think about making the new smoker out of a stainless steel pressure tank. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

Must have been some kind of liquefied refrigerated liquid tank.   Almost looks like liquid nitrogen or helium..

Like a Russian Nesting Doll eh?    Two tanks for the price of one.

Looks nice.

You probably will have a hard time getting that door to line up and not warp when it is hot, especially since you cut it so close to the ends.

I would most likely make a semi cap for the ends of the door to hold the correct bend and add structure.   For this you will need to make the guides for the racks freestanding as with most builds the guides are welded to the tank ends.
