Split between Michigan and Texas
Thought I'd do some wings before the game. I do mine a little different.

First I mix up some flour, paprika, salt and red pepper.

I then cut up the wings, and coat them with a heavy coating of peanut oil

Then I mix the flour mixture over the wings.

Get the grill nice and hot

Cook them hot and fast. With the peanut oil you need to keep an eye on them

Check the temps and pull them

Coat them with wing sauce.

Plate them up and enjoy the game. I like the flour mixture as it really holds the hots sauce.

Thanks for looking. Enjoy

I know this is a subjective question....how "hot", spice wise, are they? They look very tasty...

Your correct I really not sure how to answer. For this cook I used Texas Pete buffalo sauce which for me needs a little help. That's why I toss some red pepper into the flour mixture. If I had to guess I'd say the Texas Pete sauce on its own is probably equal to say Buffalo wild wings medium.
Hope that helps.
