I just wanted to say thanks for the thread you created here: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/166691/dungeness-crab-egg-muffins. It helped my got off my backside to make some of these wonderful muffins for the wife and daughter. Instead of doing just Dungee crab though, I chose to do 3 flavors of bacon, shrimp and crab. Smothered them afterwards with some Hollandaise sauce and chased with a simple potato and bell pepper side dish. Homemade parchment paper cups as Case did in his original thread. Egg batter containing chives, meat, Mexican cheese. Baked with the potatoes at 425* for 25 minutes. The women of the household liked the bacon ones the best. Go figure!
