Just did a small batch of jerky today to test out the AMNPS.  She seemed to work pretty well, although it did go out one time.  I think I didn't let the original flame burn long enough to get it going.

After I got it going again it seemed to run quite well with TBS the whole time.

On a side note, the mini torch from Harbor Freight is probably the best $6.50 I ever spent.

That looks mighty good! Does that torch use butane?
 
It's London Broil.

It was around 180 - 185 for 6 hours or so.  Depends on how well you like it done.
