Newb here from Nebraska.
Just got my first true smoker a couple weeks ago. A 14.5" WSM to be exact. I've got two cooks on it already and can't wait to do more. Prior to the WSM, I had been smoking on a 22.5" Weber Kettle with the Smokenator attachment and found decent success.
Can't wait to pick up new tips and tricks from the wealth of knowledge here.
