Hello all.  I'm Shaggy and I love to cook outdoors (and sometimes in my garage when it's freezin out).  I live in Christian County in western Kentucky and work in research and development for Ebonite International (largest bowling ball manufacturer in the world).  I love to fish, camp and watch UK sports.  I'm planning a big smoke in my MES sometime next week while I'm on vacation and plan on cooking a boston butt, deer tenderloin and maybe some trout.  I just recently ordered an igrill 2 bluetooth remote thermometer and can't wait to try it out.  Any of you ever use one?  Anyway I'm happy to have found this forum and look forward to reading all the post.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
