I was raised up smoking meats. My Daddy had a smoke house 12'x12'x7' he had sand in the bottom of the smoke house with a hickory fire in the middle of the floor. We would go in rotate the meat until it was done. That was the good ole days and the old fashion way. We had and still have a large family that was fed out of that smoke house. The smoke house is still in good shape. It would take one months paycheck to fill the smokehouse full of meat now. I want to build a much smaller one,out of wood. I'm looking for designes/plans to build one. Thanks for the add. If anyone knows where to look for designes/plans or has some to share, let me know. Thanks To You All.
