Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I have a 5 drawer cabinet and a newly cleaned out garage with a full beer fridge. Go!!

So far Ive acquired this cabinet and just "found" about 6 or so shelves from old stoves and fridges. They are all stainless but look pretty nasty. I would like to nail this project on the first attempt but i know thats wishful thinking. Still have a lot to learn as far as getting temps right by design and what i plan on producing from this smoker. Look like most just knock the bottoms out of the drawers and slap some grating in it and call it a day. At work right now so this is the only pick i have of it

I'll be watching this build   pretty neat
