I am building my own smoker, I had a failed attempt around thanksgiving, made one out of old walk-in cooler panels, didn't know that when you heat aluminum it gives off a toxic fume, that ruined my 10 1/2 lb prime rib....lesson learned...so now I am re-doing one with 18 gauge mild steel, and was wondering what kind of insulation would work for this?
