Hello. I'm new to the forum and as well as smoking. Looking into getting a smoker this weekend. Probably a Bradley for now and hopefully upgrading in the future. Live and work in Manitoba canada. Have a degree in turf management and been in the Golfcourse industry for 17 years.
First question would be how well do smokers work in -40 weather. Also a recipe for a raw pork cure/brine for prior to smoking??
