Hello,
My name is Rey, I am from Austin, Texas I am new to the forum. I have been smoking for a few years now. I have added some pics of the stuff I do. I got into smoking through a friend who competes, and somehow ended up being the designated smoker for all our friends. The pit belongs to my buddy but he stores it at my place, I usually smoke every 3-4 months and smoke around 8-14 briskets depending on the season (buddies provide briskets, beer and company). My reasoning is why cook just one when you can cook 10. I like cooking with Pecan, because its readily available and abundantly free. Anyhow looking forward to expanding into other forms of cooking.
