I know what i said while back about MES.

I broke down and bought one.

After years of using my Bradley i have to practise on the MES. Now to rig up some sausage hangers.

And i bought another new item. This is my CC/OC weapon

Anyone want to make me one of those fancy wood dowel sausage hangers. I can pay

Nepas  I am going to start working on one, for my MES40 gen #2

is your unit a 30 or 40? I don't know if the rack system is the same on the gen 1 as the gen 2

Will post lots of pics with measurements

Mine is the 40"

Not sure if gen 1 or 2. My controller is on top towards the back and drip tray in back at bottom is that helps.

I just dont have all the tools to make a sausage hanger.

Nepas, if the smoker doesn't work out to your liking you can ventilate it w/your other new present !

It's all good nepas... We all have done something like that... Me, it was the New York Yankees... Family always told me the Red Sox are the team to be fans of growing up... But my friends dad took me to Yankee stadium once... I was hooked!
