I had my friend Mark stop by last week for a few hours so I bought a couple of whole fryers to grill. I've never grilled whole chickens before so I just kind of made it up as I went along. I rubbed them down with olive oil, then seasoned with SPOG, paprika, Frank's Red Hot seasoning, and added olive oil and rosemary in the cavities. I cooked them on my Weber kettle grill with indirect heat for about three hours with some hickory. For some reason the picture of the finished product didn't come out, but here's a picture of Mark's chicken. I think he enjoyed it.
