How did you like it? What type of wood and smoker do you use! Looks like it turned out tasty!
 
Sorry been relaxing after eatting so much.
Used the mes glass door smoker
applewood chips half cup ecery hour for 5 1/2 hours
meat was 4 1/2 lbs
Let it render only half hour double wrapped in foil in cooler for half hour
we were all in a hurry to eat.
Went with mustard rub on this one
sweet sauce next tine.
 
Glad your first butt went well. Make sure to try more woods one of my faves so far has been pecan/cherry blend.
