sunday smoke

i smoked a pepper stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon, along with some chicken legs and thighs. why does the wind have to blow 20-25 mph, on the onliest day you have off, makes for a bad smoking day. but i got threw it.

on my lang smoker.

now then the chicken

here it is when its all done, rubed with jeffs rub and very tasteeeee.

Are those Anaheims or Poblanos or something? They look great!! I like the idea of a bigger ABT.

they are poblanos, i went to a smoking cooking class, that the pigs on the run put on and we smoked these. very tasteee with no heat, my wife loves them

Hello , Dannylang... glad to have you in the Neighborhood... and great looking ABT's and Legs...


Wind bother you , get some Plywood and build a portable windbreak, and you can defeat your problems. :biggrin:


Do a Tri-fold and it will stand better.


OR , you could build a Q-Bana . . .

They look very good. As well as Poblanos they work well with Hungarian Hot Wax peppers too. These are not very hot but do have a little bit of heat bite in them.
